3. USER ELIGIBILITY

Members will receive the free decree list upon registration
Access to monthly Zoom calls beginning January 2026 (specific dates to be confirmed)
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice

4.2 Membership Obligations

As a member, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other community members
Use resources for personal faith development
Respect the spiritual nature and purpose of our community
Not share exclusive member resources publicly without permission

4.3 Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

Violation of these Terms
Abusive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior toward staff or members
Misuse of membership privileges
Any conduct that undermines our ministry’s purpose

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASE TERMS

5.1 Product Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and may be subject to change without notice
Current eBook price: £7.99 per title
Prices displayed include all applicable taxes

5.2 Payment

Payment must be received in full before access to digital products is granted
We accept payment methods as displayed on our checkout page
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors

5.3 Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased eBook
Download links will be sent to the email address provided during purchase
You are responsible for downloading products within the timeframe specified in your purchase confirmation

5.4 NO REFUND POLICY

6. COACHING SERVICES TERMS

6.1 Booking and Scheduling

Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking system
Your first coaching session is FREE as an introductory experience
Subsequent sessions are charged at £25 (30 minutes) or £45 (60 minutes)
Payment must be received before the scheduled session

6.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee
No-shows will be charged in full with no refund
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

6.3 Nature of Coaching

Important Disclaimer:

Coaching services provide spiritual guidance, prayer support, and faith-based mentoring
Coaching is NOT a substitute for professional mental health services, medical treatment, or licensed therapy
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services

6.4 Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential
Exceptions include situations where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm
Testimonies or shared experiences may be used anonymously with your permission

7. ZOOM GATHERINGS AND EVENTS

7.1 Participation

Monthly Zoom gatherings will commence in January 2026
Dates and times will be announced via email and on our website
Participation is free for all members
Zoom links will be provided to registered members

7.2 Conduct During Events

Participants must:

Be respectful and considerate of all attendees
Not use profane, abusive, or offensive language
Not record, screenshot, or share content without permission
Follow instructions from event hosts and moderators

7.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having appropriate internet connection and device
We are not liable for technical difficulties preventing your participation
